Terms & Conditions
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms apply when you request a quote from or buy lighting services from iQ Lights, operated by ON9 TECHNOLOGIES USA LLC (“we”, “us”). By accepting a quote you agree to them.
iQ Lights is operated by ON9 TECHNOLOGIES USA LLC. iQ Lights is part of iQ Home Care. iQ Lights and iQ Home Care are trading names and are not themselves separate companies.
Quotes and prices
- A quote is valid for the period shown on it and prices may change after it expires.
- Quotes are based on the measurements and details available at the time. If what we find at your property differs materially, we will tell you and re-quote before doing the extra work.
- Prices shown include applicable Florida sales tax calculated for the county of the service address.
Deposits and payment
- A deposit is required before work is scheduled.
- The remaining balance becomes due when the installation is completed.
- We do not charge a card without your authorisation at the time of payment.
Scheduling, access and weather
- Installation dates are agreed in advance and depend on the capacity available in the season.
- We need safe access to the property on the day. If the crew cannot reach the work — a locked gate, an obstruction, an unsafe surface — we will contact you and reschedule.
- Work may be moved for weather. Installing lighting at height in a storm is not something we will do to keep a date.
Seasonal installations and removal
A seasonal installation includes taking the lighting down at the end of the season. The removal is scheduled within the takedown window for that season and is part of the same order.
Materials
Unless your quote says otherwise, lighting material supplied as part of a seasonal installation remains ours and is stored by us between seasons. Where you have bought materials outright, your quote says so.
Cancellation
Tell us as soon as you can if you need to cancel. If you cancel after material has been prepared or a crew has been scheduled, we may retain part of the deposit to cover what has already been committed. The specific cancellation terms are being finalised; we will confirm them to you in writing before any charge.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details about your property, including anything that affects safe access.
- Tell us about hazards we would not see — buried cable, fragile roofing, a dog in the yard.
- Confirm you are permitted to have the work done, including any HOA rules that apply.
Communications
We will email you about work you have ordered. Text messages are sent only if you have separately agreed to them, and you can withdraw that at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
